HOPE Sometimes it feels like we need a little glimmer of hope. Something to remind us that there is always hope. And to remind us to let our hopes, not or hurts, shape our future. Letting yourself feel hopeful can make you feel vulnerable but that’s ok - it’s one of the stepping stones to strength.
