These are a total favourite of mine!

I use a textured hammer on the raw brass leaving the surface with a bubbled finish that echoes the organic shapes of seaweed, the undulation and gentle facets really capture the light at you move.

The earrings are raw brass, measuring approximately 6.5cm and hung on gold plated ear wires.

Earrings come on a Stuff Made From Things card

Brass hates moisture! With time brass does patina but it can be bought back to a shine with Brasso and a soft cloth or they can be covered in tomato sauce for a few minutes then washed clean and throughly dried.

Seaweed hammered earrings.

I've just received my Seaweed hammered brass earrings and absolutely love them ❤️ They're such a pretty design and are so gold and shiny! They look gorgeous on and I've had so many compliments about them already. The delivery was super speedy and my order was packaged beautifully as always. I am delighted with the seaweed earrings and necklace crafted by Faye. They dance in the light, and definitely feel like they are infused with Cornish magic! Communication from Faye was great - friendly, prompt, and Faye was also really accommodating in innovating a pendant to match the earrings for me. Will be back for more!
